    Group Visit Experience

    Central Washington University is excited to host you and your students during your group visit to CWU campus. Please review the following information before referring to the calendar for available dates. 



    Group Visit Eligibility

    - Student groups in grades 9-12

    - Transfer student groups
    - Groups between 10-80 students

    Groups with students grade 8 and below can request a group visit through the Early College Outreach Visit Request Form.

    Scheduling Information
    - In-Person Group Visit Experiences are offered Monday through Friday

    - In-Person Group Visits normally being at 10am but we can start at whatever time works best for your group
    - Requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance 
    - Group Visits are available on a first-come, first-serve basis

    Chaperone Expectations
    CWU requires 1 chaperone for every 10 students. Chaperones must stay with their group at all times and are responsible for students' behavior while on campus. Campus staff will not act as chaperones for students. Chaperone Expectations
