    Appointment Types: Phone, Virtual & In-Person Appointments 

    If an appointment lists only a location, it is offered in person only.

    If an appointment lists “Phone or Virtual Appointment,” it is available in both remote formats and may also be offered in person. To see if your appointment has an in-person option, select “In-Person” within the appointment registration link to view its location.

    • CWU Lynnwood at Edmonds College, Lynnwood, WA
    • Main Campus – Ellensburg, WA
    • Other Community Colleges in WA State

    Phone & Virtual:

    • Phone: Your counselor will call you at your scheduled appointment time.
    • Virtual: Meet with your counselor in a live video session.

    Admissions Appointment FAQs
    What time zone are appointments in?
    All appointment times are scheduled in Pacific Standard Time (PST).
    How long is an appointment?
    Appointments are set for 30 minutes, giving you plenty of time to ask questions. Most meetings last between 10 and 30 minutes.
    Who can sign up for an appointment?
    The prospective transfer student should sign up for the appointment using their own name and contact information. Parents, guardians, family members, and others who support you are welcome to join the appointment.
    Do you offer appointments in Spanish?
    We offer appointments with Spanish-speaking representatives based on availability. Ofrecemos citas con representantes de habla hispana basado en disponibilidad.
